Silvia Staykova

She has been practicing yoga for over 28 years. During this time, she has dedicated her time to various aspects of the practice – tantra yoga, yoga nidra and kriya yoga. She has been trained in yoga and Vedic philosophy at the Swami Rama Himalayan University of Medicine, Yoga and Ayurveda in the state of Uttarakhand, India.

She is certified as an InnerDance facilitator. She has a certificate for “Health meditation therapy” from the “International Association of Practitioners of Holistic Medicine” - IPHM, Great Britain. She is also a psychologist, hypnotherapist, specializing in crisis intervention. She has completed training in sound - vibrational diagnosis and work with Tibetan bowls in Kathmandu.

Mastering the mind for her is not just a practice, but a way of life, and she happily shares her knowledge in the gym.

Vesselina Bakardjieva

'Veselina Bakardzhieva is a psychologist and a certified Nada Yoga instructor (sound yoga) with Yoga Alliance. She trained in Rishikesh, India, and her love for sound therapy was born shortly before the start of her trip to Asia, where she organized sound meditations in Vietnam and India. She has completed various trainings in working with OH cards, and organized therapeutic workshops with them in Vietnam. In addition, she is a certified hypnotherapist with the "European Association of Applied Psychology".

Shailesh Bartwal

Shailesh Bartwal has dedicated the last 13 years to the practice and teaching of yoga. He holds a Master of Yoga from the Swami Rama Himalayan University of Medicine, Yoga and Ayurveda in Uttarakhand, India. His yoga path encompasses various disciplines, including Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga and Vipassana. He is also a devoted follower of the teachings of the Himalayan guru Sri Swami Rama. His understanding of yoga philosophy is both profound and extremely comprehensive.

Diya Sharma

Diya Sharma is the founder of Divine Rhythm Dance Meditation & Yoga School in Rishikesh, India. She is both a dedicated teacher of Indian, classical and dance, and dance meditation, and a spiritual healer. Her journey began with her passion for dance, which led her to discover its deeper potential as a transformative and healing practice. For Diya, dance is much more than an art form - it is a path to releasing stress, uplifting the soul, and connecting with the inner self.

Believing that the gift of dance lies within every individual, Diya's mission is to help her students discover, hone and celebrate this innate talent. Her approach emphasizes creativity, freedom and self-expression, ensuring that everyone - from beginners to advanced dancers - can explore their unique style in a nurturing and non-restrictive environment.
